You will support the day-to-day warehouse operations and logistics activities of our supply chain department, ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and efficient coordination of inbound and outbound logistics. This role is essential in maintaining efficient supply chain processes, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration between various departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively with internal teams and external logistics partners.\nResponsibilities\nWarehouse & Logistics Management\nManage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.\n\nManage partner 3PLs relationship, enquiry and efficiency \n\nTrack and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS and other customer-specific systems and conduct regular stock counts to ensure alignment with system records.\n\nManage inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and carriers and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and prompt handling of issues that arise during the process\n\nPrepare and process shipping, customs, and logistics documentation (e.g., delivery orders, invoices, airway bills).\n\nMonitor shipments/delivery timelines and resolve any logistics discrepancies or delays.\n\nUpdate/Interact with internal teams (sales, customer service, operations), external vendors, and customers to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns. \n\nSupport demand planning and product allocation to maintain optimal stock levels.\n\nEnsure warehouse compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.\n\nGenerate reports on warehouse and logistics activities, including stock status and KPI tracking.\n\nAssist in ad-hoc warehouse and logistics-related tasks to support departmental needs.\n\nOperational Efficiency & Improvement\nManage relationship with and concerns of stakeholders to maintain operational effectiveness\n\nAssist with negotiation with vendors to ensure cost effectiveness\n\nManage & maintain the Company’s certification standards and 5S methodology for \n\nE-Commerce Fulfillment \nAssist eCommerce order packing and logistics arrangement when required\n\nCoordinate with logistics partners for timely order dispatch.\n\nTrack and maintain optimal inventory levels;
