This should form part of the training programme to instil good housekeeping practices and ensure equipment is maintained to the required standards.\nRequired:\nPossess a training qualification.\nExperience in being an established Instructor/Trainer with a technical engineering background and be willing to train as a Universal Jointer (an extensive training programme will be provided).\nExcellent interpersonal skills.\nSelf-reliant and resourceful, with the ability to use your own initiative.\nDemonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to adapt communication styles and training methods to support a diverse international customer base.\nAbility and willingness to switch disciplines from one task to another in order to maximise efficiency within the team.\nIdeal:\nExperience working with and supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, adapting communication and training styles to meet varying needs.\nA competent and experienced Jointer who is fully conversant with UJ, UC, and UQJ technologies.\nAs part of our recruitment process, successful candidates will be required to provide evidence of their right to work in the UK.\nPlease note that we are currently unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
