The ideal candidate is a proactive \"go-getter\" who can effectively engage with clients, quickly understand their needs, and convert conversations into business outcomes.\n\nWhat you'll do\nWe are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Engineer to support the design, engineering, commissioning, and delivery of innovative liquid-cooled data centre solutions. The role provides exposure to global projects and mission-critical infrastructure.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in preparing electrical layouts, SLDs, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.\nSupport load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop, and protection coordination.\nSupport electrical design for liquid-cooled data centre solutions.\nCoordinate with Mechanical, Controls, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Project Management teams.\nParticipate in design reviews and technical meetings.\nPrepare BOMs, specifications, and engineering documentation.\nSupport FAT, SAT, installation, testing, and commissioning.\nTroubleshoot electrical issues during commissioning.\nPrepare reports and maintain engineering documentation.\nEnsure compliance with IEC, NEC, IEEE, and company quality and HSE standards.\nRequired Qualifications\nE./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related stream\n0- 6 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with internships are encouraged.\nETAP knowledge is mandatory\nTechnical Skills\nKnowledge of LV electrical distribution systems.\nUnderstanding of transformers, switchgear, UPS, PDUs, MCCBs/ACBs, earthing, and lightning protection.\nAbility to read electrical drawings.\nAutoCAD Electrical/AutoCAD proficiency.\nMS Office proficiency.\nPreferred: Revit MEP, ETAP/EPLAN, PLC/SCADA/BMS exposure, knowledge of TIA-942 and IEC standards.\nCompetencies\nAnalytical thinking and problem-solving.\nAttention to detail.\nGood communication and teamwork.\nAbility to work in multicultural environments.\nEagerness to learn.\nCareer Growth\n Exposure to data centre electrical design, liquid cooling technologies, critical infrastructure, commissioning, and global engineering projects.\nWhat you'll need\nDepartment: Engineering\nExperience: 0-2 Years\nEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering\nWhat we offer\nAttractive compensation package reflecting your expertise and experience.\nA great work environment characterised by friendliness, international diversity, flexibility, and a hybrid-friendly approach.\nYou´ll be part of a fast-growing scale-up with a mission to make a positive impact, offering an exciting career evolution.\nOur job titles may span more than one job level.
