We believe that service makes the difference.\nPosition Summary\nThe Project Coordinator (PC) supports the successful execution of construction projects by assisting Project Managers & the Director of Operations with project planning, financial review, and administration activities throughout the lifecycle of multi-family and commercial projects using systems including Procore, SharePoint, and Excel.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, customer-focused, and interested in building a long-term career in construction operations and project management.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport Project Managers in the planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects.\nCoordinate data between field teams and internal stakeholders.\nHelp identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedule, budget, or customer satisfaction.\nAssist with setting up project budgets, job cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.\nSupport change order management, billing documentation, and contract administration activities.\nMonitor project costs, commitments, and production performance.\nEnsure project documentation and financial records remain accurate and up to date.\nManage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, meeting minutes, contracts, and closeout documents.\nTrack project milestones, deliverables, and compliance requirements.\nMaintain accurate project records and support reporting needs.\nAssist with project startup and closeout processes.\nTake increasing ownership of project responsibilities and decision-making.\nSupport process improvement initiatives that improve project performance and operational efficiency.\nQualifications\nProficiency in Procore, specifically the Project Financials module, is required for this role.\nProficiency in software including SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam beneficial.\nAssociate’s degree or greater in a related field, such as Construction, Engineering, or Architecture, beneficial.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience working with blueprints, drawings, specifications, and construction documents
