Ask questions of guests and make personal connections so they feel welcome and valued\nPrepare all required items according to make sheets/recipes while upholding Big E’s standards\nSet up service units with needed items\nService items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards\nNotify the Back of House Manager of expected shortages\nEnsure that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary\nSet up, maintain, clean, and break down prep cook station\nFollow all copen/close/cleaning check lists presented by management \nAdhere to local health and safety regulations\nMaintain any logs required by the health department\nFollow all Suburban Inns processes\nExhibit regular and recurrent attendance records\nOther duties as requested by management\nPosition Requirements:\nMinimum Knowledge: Requires ability to interpret/extract information and/or perform arithmetic functions. May require typing, record keeping, or word processing. Good communication skills\nFormal Education and Job-Related Experience: Prior restaurant experience preferred\nLicense, Registration, and/or Certification Required: ServSafe Food and Allergen Certification\nWork Schedule: Work regularly requires or varies between day, evening, night, holiday, and/or weekend assignments. Schedule varies according to business demands and needs\nRequired Travel: Position does not require travel to other Suburban Inns properties or client locations.
