General supervision over departments where skilled workers are used in the production of door and frame products. Must be able to manage in a fast pace environment and provide the safest working environment possible.\nResponsibilities and duties include but are not limited to: Manage daily operations in our plant facility. Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility. Test and monitor plant processes.\nPrepare, analyze, and issue production and performance reports. Maintain all safety and administrative records.
