Painter

We are seeking an experienced Painter for our 2nd shift at our Mankato facility. This role works Monday - Thursday from 4:30 pm to 2:30 am with occasional overtime on Friday. The candidate will collaborate closely with Area Leads and the Production Supervisor to ensure department standards and production schedules are met.

This role requires skilled paint application work, from preparation to the final finishing stages. Review and comprehend project specifications. Inspect for final prep and manage the loading and unloading of paint and supplies, ensuring color and finish tolerances are met.

Keep track of paint and supply inventories, and alert the Lead when replenishment is needed. Perform quality assurance checks throughout the painting process.
