You must deeply understand how LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows function in practice.\nStartup Scrappiness: Prior early-stage startup experience where you excelled in ambiguous environments, wore multiple hats, and moved from 0-to-1 quickly.\nTechnical & Language Skills\n AI Tooling Proficiency: You incorporate AI development assistants (like Cursor or Claude Code) into your daily workflow to independently build demos and run technical analyses.\nAnalytical Independence: Strong SQL skills and experience tracking consumer loops via Amplitude or BigQuery. You must be comfortable querying and interpreting your own data.\nBilingual Capability: Native or full professional fluency in Mandarin and English is strictly required.
