to work on difficult technical problems alongside a highly experienced team.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs an early-career engineer, you'll join as a generalist and take ownership of well-scoped technical projects, with the opportunity to expand your scope as you demonstrate impact.\nYour work may include:\nBuilding and maintaining geometry and data pipelines for CAD and engineering data\nParsing CAD data, converting formats, extracting features, and validating outputs\nDeveloping evaluation harnesses and tooling to measure model performance\nSupporting ML training runs and experiments\nInstrumenting experiments, debugging failures, and turning results into actionable insights\nBuilding internal tools that improve engineering and research velocity\nWorking across ML, geometry, graphics, data pipelines, evaluation, and internal infrastructure\nTaking projects from initial design through implementation and deployment\nLearning from experienced engineers and researchers while progressively taking on greater ownership\nWhat We're Looking For:\n0-2 years of experience, including internships and research experience\nNew graduates and early-career engineers are encouraged to apply\nA BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field\nStrong academic background from a highly competitive program\nSignificant internship or research experience at a high-caliber technology company, engineering organization, or research lab\nStrong proficiency in Python and/or C/C++\nComfortable working in Linux/Unix environments\nFamiliarity with Git and standard software development tools\nDemonstrated ability to build and ship something beyond coursework\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills\nAbility to
