performance bonus\nWork on-site in New York, as part of a close-knit, fast-moving team where collaboration happens in person\nOPT and H-1B transfers supported for eligible candidates\nWhat We're Looking For\n5-10 years of product management experience, with a strong record of delivering customer-facing products that drove clear, measurable results\nProven end-to-end ownership of a product area at a B2C startup, covering discovery, scoping, launch and continuous iteration\nExperience at a high-growth, well-regarded startup or technology company\nAt least one AI-powered feature you've shipped yourself, and AI tools built into your daily product workflow\nA clear preference for a hands-on individual contributor role, with the confidence to work closely with engineering \nProduct experience in fintech, investing, banking or wealth management is highly preferred\nExperience as an early-stage or founding PM building products from 0 to 1 is a strong plus\nExperience with complex system migrations or cloud-native architecture is a
