You'll initially help scale recruiting and hiring, then expand into business operations, pricing, finance, sales strategy, and AI-powered internal automation.You'll have significant visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to make an immediate impact as the company continues to scale.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and improve recruiting processes, candidate pipelines, and hiring workflows\nOwn cross-functional business operations including contracts, billing, accounting coordination, insurance, and administrative processes\nSupport strategic initiatives across pricing, revenue opportunities, finance, sales strategy, and company operations\nBuild AI tools, agents, automations, and workflows that reduce manual work\nTake ambiguous problems, structure them, develop solutions, and drive them through execution\nPartner closely with senior leadership across recruiting, operations, finance, sales, and strategy\nHelp build processes and systems that enable the company to scale\nWhat We're Looking For\n2-4 years of professional experience\nBackground in management consulting, investment banking/private equity, or strategy & operations at a venture-backed startup\nExceptional analytical and structured problem-solving ability\nComfortable operating with ambiguity and limited structure\nHands-on experience building AI workflows, automations, or agents\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nHigh-agency mindset with the ability to work independently\nWillingness to take on responsibilities beyond a narrowly defined job description\nAbility to work onsite in San Francisco 4 days per week\nNice to Have\nQuantitative degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field\nMBB consulting experience\nInvestment banking or private equity experience at a leading firm\nStrategy & Operations experience at a high-growth Series A-D startup\nExperience working directly with founders \nRecruiting or talent strategy experience\nExperience with pricing models or financial analysis\nExperience building AI agents using APIs, workflow tools, no-code platforms, or LLM frameworks\nInterest in eventually becoming a Chief of Staff, Founder's Associate, or startup
