What You'll Do
- Translate R&D protocols into reliable automated workflows.
- Program robotic liquid handlers using AI-assisted coding and existing frameworks.
- Validate manual and automated experiments to ensure consistent results.
- Troubleshoot liquid-handling challenges and optimize robotic performance.
- Design and 3D-print custom adapters and tools for laboratory automation.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of Research Associate experience; academic lab experience is welcome.
- A BS in Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on wet-lab experience and an interest in software, robotics, and automation.
- Familiarity with Python, AI-assisted coding, or laboratory automation is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in bridging science and engineering.
