Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Workflows: Map customer commercial needs into custom, repeatable legal workflows on the platform.
AI Quality Assurance: Review, QA, and validate AI-flagged legal issues for contract accuracy and completeness.
Product Optimization: Translate client feedback and legal requirements into actionable product features for engineering.
Workflow Engineering: Refine prompts, modules, and automated AI workflows using CLI, Claude Code, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Experience: 3-8 years in legal practice or legal tech product/solutions roles.
Legal Depth: Strong background reviewing contracts, interpreting commercial workflows, and identifying legal compliance flags.
Product Ownership: Proven ability to manage deliverables, translate user feedback into product specs, and own end-to-end quality.
Location & Work Authorization: Based in or willing to work in-office in San Francisco, CA; US Citizen or Green Card holder (no visa sponsorship available).
