You aren't just managing vendors; you are the primary technical problem-solver on the factory floor, ensuring the reliability of the world's first truly smart firearm.\nWhat You Will Do\nEnd-to-End Ownership: Own the entire PCB/PCBA supplier category, from global identification and down-selection to qualification, NPI, and full-scale production.\nTechnical Troubleshooting: Act as the hands-on technical owner for all supplier issues. You will work directly on SMT, assembly, and test lines to diagnose defects and lead root cause analysis.\n Global Travel: Travel extensively (50-75%) to supplier sites, primarily in Asia, to assess capabilities, audit processes, and ensure production readiness in real-time.\nScale & Quality: Build a world-class supplier base capable of meeting Class 3 quality standards.
