Working directly alongside leadership, you will keep hiring moving at startup speed, with a clear, direct path to grow into a full Recruiter as the company scales.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nCandidate Experience & ATS Management: Own the candidate pipeline in Ashby-tracking progress, sending timely follow-ups, collecting feedback, and ensuring impeccable data accuracy.\n\nInterview Logistics: Master the calendar. You will coordinate interview loops and schedule complex panels across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.\n\nExternal Partner Coordination: Manage ongoing relationships and communications with external partners, including outsourcers and recruiting agencies.\n\nOperations & Reporting: Support the offer process, generate recruiting reports, and build out internal process documentation.\n\nScaling Initiatives: Collaborate closely with Executive Assistants (EAs) to coordinate candidate work trials and other logistical needs as the team expands.\n\nWhat You Bring to the Team\nExperience: 1+ years of experience in a recruitment coordination, HR admin, or fast-paced operational support role.\n\nThe Startup Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a high sense of urgency, and view ambiguity as an opportunity to build structure.\n\nTech Savvy: Familiarity with modern recruiting and scheduling tools. Experience with Ashby, Google Calendar, and LinkedIn Recruiter is highly preferred.\n\nCommunication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication.
