Biweekly pay for salaried employees.\nPaid Time Off (PTO) and paid company holidays\nA tuition reimbursement plan where employees are encouraged to continue their education and development\nFor more information on our benefit offerings, please visit https://suddath.com/about/careers/ and scroll down to view our employee benefits. \nSummary:\nManage and coordinate the day-to-day activity in support of our account relationships; manage the furniture and relocation services by developing and refining move grids, develop furniture test fit scenarios, manage file planning and seating assignments, provide vendor coordination and generally manage the entire business relocation process.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nReceive, review, enter and confirm project and service requests\nManage administrative process for customer set up and establish certificates of insurance\nCoordinate walkthroughs and hold planning calls to develop scope and communicate service requirements and client expectations\nWork with clients to develop furniture test fit scenarios, seating assignments and file planning\nDocument scope, timelines and pricing. Generate proposals, establish signed orders for service and obtain client specific purchase orders, tracking numbers and approvals\nProduce numbered move plans in AutoCAD and produce computer printed placards and move labels\nCoordinate with sales, field project management, operations and customers to plan and implement services\nThoroughly communicate with all parties throughout service delivery\nTrack timelines and document progress relative to established benchmarks\nDocument scope changes and oversee change order management process\nCollect and consolidate costs and manage the close out process\nJob Skills Required:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite\nHighly customer service oriented\nAbility to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday\nAbility to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize work\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills\nExcellent attention to detail and follow through\nAbility to work under deadlines and specific time frames\nAbility to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers\nAbility to demonstrate initiative and to work with minimum supervision\nQualifications:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
