The Lead Project Coordinator oversees the crew and installation process specified in the scope of work.\nThe Lead Project Coordinator acts as the point of contact with the client, directs the order and assignment of work duties, and coordinates with the company sales, admin, and operations staff.\nEnsure project deadlines are met and within budget.\nExecute client specific workflow processes.\nSchedule installers based upon project requirements\nPerform Quality Control and punch list; set and monitor work performance standard\nPerform pre-install and post-install walk-thru for installation projects\nFacilitate and/or attend project related meetings\nManage, document, and communicate job changes to appropriate parties\nParticipate in monthly account financial review to identify trends and opportunities for financial improvement\nWork with Safety Coordinator to ensure we compliant with our environmental health and safety policies and procedures.\nJob Skills Required:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to read detailed furniture installation plans, drawings, and bill of materials\nHighly customer service oriented (internal and external)\nAbility to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday\nAbility to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize work\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent attention to detail and follow through\nAbility to work under deadlines and specific time frames\nAvailable to work nights and weekends\nAbility to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers\nAbility to demonstrate initiative and to work with minimum supervision\nQualifications:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
