From runway and margin cascade to contribution margins per product and customer and the operational metrics of our trading business with targets, thres holds and clear ownership.\nOwn planning and forecasting. Rolling forecast, scenariomodelingand budget process, including the sensitivities that matter in a volatile market.\nMargin & performance controlling. Make profitability transparent across our business models and bring the findings into pricing decisions.\nCollateral controlling. Own collateral forecasting and reporting together with Treasury a core topic in our business and a direct lever on liquidity.\nPrepare for scale. Automate wherever possible using cloud tools and AI approaches, prepare the controlling setup for our international expansion.\nYour profile\nControlling experience (must-have). Several years in controlling or FP&A, including shaping processes rather than only running them.\nEnergy or trading background (strong plus). Experience in energy, commodity trading or renewables or a clear interest in getting deep into it fast.\nInternational exposure (plus). Experience working across entities or countries.\nComfortable with imperfect data. You can work with incomplete information, ask the right questions and still deliver a reliable number.\nAnalytical and tech-savvy. You are confident with data and modern tools, and you think in structures rather than in spreadsheets.\nClear communicator.
