Working closely with business users and key functional stakeholders, this role will help ensure product health, process adherence, system reliability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude with practical experience in application support, troubleshooting, system configuration, integrations, data analysis, and testing. This individual should be self-directed, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and support an evolving technology portfolio while translating business needs into reliable, scalable solutions.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities:\nProvide day to day support and troubleshooting of user and application issues.\n\nMonitor product health, performance, adoption, and reliability, proactively addressing risks and service issues.\n\nAnalyze application data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and inform business decisions.\n\nDrive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to systems, processes, and user experiences.\n\nIdentify operational inefficiencies, conflicting business practices and integration issues, and participate in evaluation of alternative solutions.\n\nTranslate business requirements into scalable, sustainable technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.\n\nConfigure and maintain application settings to support business processes, security, and operational requirements.\n\nMonitor and troubleshoot system integrations to ensure reliable data exchange across platforms.\n\nDevelop and maintain IT playbook that clearly documents business processes and system configurations.\n\nParticipate with other IT and internal business partners in new product reviews, tests, and pilots.\n\nDevelop and execute testing plans to minimize production issues following the implementation of enhancements, changes, and upgrades.\n\nParticipate in the IT change management process to ensure products are effectively maintained, monitored, and supported as new functionality is deployed.\n\nDevelop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT colleagues to ensure successful implementation and support of projects.\n\nFoster and maintain relationships with internal business partners and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels.\n\nQualifications\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is strongly preferred.\n\n3+ years of professional experience supporting business applications.\n\nAbility to document technical configurations, data flows, process workflows, and user guidance\n\nConduct intake to gather business and technical requirements to support standard operating processes.\n\nCreate testing and deployment plans to maintain service and mitigate impacts to business processes and end users.\n\nStrong understanding of ITIL fundamentals and best practices\n\nExperience with relational database concepts, PL/SQL, and related development tools a plus.\n\nConstruction Project management and experience with Construction platforms ideal. Procore, P6 Primavera, Textura, Autodesk Suite, Openspace, Revizto, etc.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nSelf-motivated and organized with the ability to work with minimal supervision.\n\nWorking Conditions\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing.
