For more information, click here.\nResponsibilities\nPrimavera P6 and SmartPM Administration\nAdminister, configure, maintain, and support Primavera P6 EPPM and Professional, SmartPM and related scheduling environments. \nMaintain access protocols and process access requests to Primavera P6 and SmartPM \nConfigure and manage user accounts, security profiles, permissions, application settings for EPS, OBS, calendars, codes, layouts, and global settings. \nMonitor system performance and coordinate upgrades, patches, and maintenance. \nMaintain data integrity and governance standards. \nDevelop reports, dashboards, and analytics. \nSupport integrations with Oracle Team Member, Microsoft Project, Acumen, Smart PM, ERP, SharePoint, Power BI, and other enterprise systems. \nTroubleshoot issues and coordinate vendor support. \nDevelop documentation, standards, and training materials. \nBusiness Systems Analyst Responsibilities\nPartner with Construction Operations, Project Controls, Finance, and IT to gather and document business requirements. \nAnalyze business processes and recommend technology improvements. \nTranslate business requirements into functional specifications. \nLead solution design sessions with stakeholders and vendors. \nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management, and production deployments. \nDevelop workflow diagrams, process documentation, and user stories. \nConstruction Application Management\nAdminister and support construction applications including Primavera P6, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Procore, Oracle Aconex, Bluebeam, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Power Platform, document management, field management, safety, quality, and mobile construction applications. \nManage user provisioning, security, licensing, configurations, reporting, integrations, vendor relationships, release testing, and user training. \nProject Delivery & Continuous Improvement\nLead application implementation projects. \nIdentify automation opportunities using Microsoft Power Platform. \nDevelop KPIs and reporting metrics. \nParticipate in governance and maintain application roadmaps. \nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Construction Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). \n5+ years administering Primavera P6. \n5+ years supporting enterprise business applications. \nExperience supporting construction, engineering, or capital project organizations. \nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. \nPreferred Qualifications\nPrimavera P6 Certified Professional. \nPMP, CBAP, or CCBA certifications. \nPower BI, SharePoint, SQL, and Power Platform experience. \nExperience with ERP integrations and ITIL practices. \nCore Competencies\nBusiness Process Analysis \nApplication Administration \nConstruction Technology \nP6 Scheduling \nProject Controls Specialist with schedule-governance and program-controls experience \nSystems Integration \nStakeholder Management \nContinuous Improvement \nVendor Management \nCustomer Service \nWorking Conditions\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing.
