Join us for the chance to leverage your inherent curiosity and proven capabilities to catapult you to the next level.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the preconstruction and estimating teams during pursuit, proposal, and pre-award phases\nCoordinate and manage preconstruction schedules, deadlines, and deliverables\nAssist with solicitation, tracking, and analysis of subcontractor and vendor bids\nMaintain accurate records of drawings, specifications, addenda, and bid documents\nPrepare and distribute bid packages, meeting materials, and internal reports\nCoordinate pre-bid meetings, site visits, and internal review sessions\nTrack scope clarifications, exclusions, and assumptions throughout the estimating process\nAssist in assembling proposals, presentations, and interview materials\nCollaborate closely with project executives, estimators, and operations teams to ensure alignment\nEnsure compliance with Suffolk standards, procedures, and quality expectations\nManage Subcontractor and vendor database and Bid Management Systems \nSupport Prequalification process assisting with document tracking and prequalification form status updates\nManagement of subcontract issuance process in collaboration with Estimating, Ops, and Legal\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred\n1-3 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or construction coordination (preferred)\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)\nFamiliarity with construction documents, drawings, and specifications\nExperience with estimating or preconstruction software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, On-Screen Takeoff) is a plus\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nHigh attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment\nWorking Conditions\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing.
