year 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nOpen Competitive\n(a) Graduation from a standard senior high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma\nAND EITHER\n(b) Two (2) years of driving experience as a messenger, courier, or other paid driver responsible for the transport of passengers or materials;\nOR\n(c) Two (2) years of experience as a Driver Messenger.\nSpecial
