practices.\n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.\n\n- Banking / Financial Services domain experience is an advantage.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain AS400/IBM i applications.\n\n- Develop and maintain RPG/RPGLE programs, CL programs, and DB2 database objects.\n\n- Analyse business and functional requirements and provide effective technical solutions.\n\n- Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution.\n\n- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes.\n\n- Work closely with Business Analysts, QA teams, Product Owners, and other technical teams.\n\n- Participate in application enhancements, migrations, integrations, and modernization initiatives.\n\n- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development and quality standards.\n\n- Support application releases, deployments, and production activities.\n\n- Identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.\n\n- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.\n\n- Take ownership of
