COBOL-based enterprise applications.\n\n- Analyse business and functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n\n- Develop efficient, scalable, and maintainable COBOL programs.\n\n- Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution.\n\n- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical solutions.\n\n- Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA, and other technical teams.\n\n- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment activities.\n\n- Support application releases and production implementation activities.\n\n- Identify opportunities for application performance improvement and modernization.\n\n- Ensure adherence to coding standards, development processes, and quality practices.\n\n- Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required.\n\n- Collaborate with international stakeholders and distributed teams to ensure successful delivery.\n\n- Take
