If you are passionate about Go, AWS, event-driven architecture, Kubernetes, APIs, and enterprise integration, this could be a great opportunity to make an impact.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design and build scalable integration services and APIs using Go\n\n- Apply enterprise integration patterns including message routing, transformation, idempotency, retry/backoff, circuit breakers, Saga/compensation, and Outbox\n\n- Build event-driven solutions using AWS SQS, SNS, and Lambda, including ordering, deduplication, DLQs, and replay strategies\n\n- Containerize and deploy services on AWS EKS/Kubernetes, including Helm, resource sizing, health probes, HPA, and rollout strategies\n\n- Design and optimize data access using AWS RDS (PostgreSQL/MySQL)\n\n- Define API and event contracts, sequence flows, schemas, versioning, and backward compatibility\n\n- Implement observability using structured logging, metrics, distributed tracing, and integration SLA alerting\n\n- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor while maintaining strong code quality and security standards\n\n- Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, contract/integration testing, load testing, failover, and resiliency validation\n\n- Provide code reviews, mentoring, and technical guidance to mid-level engineers\n\n- Identify and communicate design risks early to technical leadership\n\nMust-Have Skills:\n\nGo:\n\n- 3+ years of hands-on production experience with Go\n\n- Strong knowledge of goroutines, channels, context propagation, error handling, and interface-driven design\n\n- Experience with REST and/or gRPC services\n\n- Ability to profile and tune Go services for memory, concurrency, and latency\n\nEnterprise Integration:\n\n- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and their real-world trade-offs\n\n- Experience with synchronous vs. asynchronous integration, orchestration vs. choreography, guaranteed delivery, at-least-once delivery, and idempotent consumers\n\n- Understanding of canonical data models, transformation, mapping, and domain-based contracts\n\n- Exposure to an iPaaS platform such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Azure Logic Apps, Informatica, TIBCO, webMethods, or similar\n\n- Strong understanding of clean architecture, SOLID, design patterns, and domain boundaries\n\n- Experience with API contracts, schema evolution, and backward compatibility\n\nAWS & Kubernetes:\n\n- Hands-on experience with AWS EKS and Kubernetes\n\n- Docker/containerization, including multi-stage builds and image hardening\n\n- Working knowledge of SQS, SNS, Lambda, and event-driven architectures\n\n- Experience with RDS - PostgreSQL/MySQL, including performance tuning\n\n- Knowledge of IAM, VPC/networking, Secrets Manager/Parameter Store, and CloudWatch\n\nAI-Assisted Development:\n\n- Real-world experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar\n\n- Ability to explain how AI tools improved delivery and where they required human validation\n\n- Understanding of security, licensing, hallucination checks, and appropriate AI coding guardrails\n\nEngineering Practices:\n\n- Strong Git-based development and branching practices\n\n- Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar\n\n- Strong automated testing mindset -
