(Responsibilities):\nTake an AI-driven approach to software development, and use GAI tools across all stages of the SDLC to accelerate development and deliver high quality, performant, secure products\nChampion the use of GAI tools, and define workflows around their use as it pertains to all stages of the SDLC\nProduce clean, maintainable code following team standards and best practices\nImplement features or components of larger features\nProduce unit tests to verify functionality\nIdentify and fix bugs prior to feature delivery\nParticipate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from other team members\nParticipate in scrum ceremony and deliver commitments according to estimates\nProvide technical leadership through mentoring team members, delivering product demonstrations, and offering guidance to both internal teams and external organizations\nWhat You Will Bring (Qualifications):\nExperience and enthusiasm for using agentic coding tools and associated technologies (Cursor, CoPilot, Claude Code, MCP, etc.)\n2+ years of experience with enterprise software development and/or distributed SaaS systems\n2+ years of practical Object Oriented Programming\n2+ years of software programming for the web\n2+ years of experience with emerging languages and technologies\n2+ years of experience with unit testing strategies and frameworks\nExperience with DevOps, AWS, and cloud services is a plus\nExperience with microservices, containers, and pipelines is a plus\nExperience with test automation is a plus\nKnowledge of, and experience with, creating and consuming RESTful APIs\nKnowledge of, and experience with, Advanced SQL and NoSQL data stores\nExperience in Agile software development methodologies\nExperience with Git, Jira, Jenkins and other agile tools a plus\nExcellent communication skills across a global cross-functional audience\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or 2+ years relevant work
