your review is a real gate, not a formality\n\nContribute to the team's agentic development practices: spec standards, attestation norms, and how the team uses AI tools responsibly\n\nFeature Delivery\nDesign, implement, and ship features and components that are reliable, maintainable, and built to perform in high volume, high-availability SaaS environments\n\nEnsure agentic code is clean, well tested, and follows the standards that make it easy to understand and extend by both agentic systems and your teammates\n\nOwn your feature areas end-to-end, from understanding the requirement to production delivery, including identifying and resolving defects before they reach customers\n\nCode Quality & Review\nReview outputs, including AI-generated code and agentic attestations, with the care and rigor the team depends on; comfort picking up new languages and frameworks as the work demands\n\nExperience with RESTful API design and consumption\n\nWorking knowledge of SQL and NoSQL data stores\n\nExperience producing and maintaining automated test suites (unit, integration, or end-to-end)\n\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments with CI/CD pipelines\n\nStrong written communication skills;
