The Area Manager role plays a key role in aligning store operations with company objectives, fostering a culture of excellence, and delivering consistent, high-impact results.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nCommunicate and implement all operational initiatives effectively across store locations.\nDrive KPIs and ensure a high level of service at each location.\nAttract, hire, and retain a diverse team of top talent.\nManage store-level utilization by monitoring demand, labor trends, and staffing each location accordingly.\nOversee the scheduling and booking software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.\nWork alongside Managers during weekly store visits to provide hands-on leadership and support.\nLead manager and associate development through training, feedback, coaching, and growth planning.\nEnsure continuous professional development and sales performance by providing ongoing training and education for Store Directors.\nFoster a warm, fun, and friendly environment for both store teams and clients.\nREQUIREMENTS\n2-3 years of multi-unit management experience in a retail or salon environment.\nA strong passion for the beauty industry (esthetician or cosmetology experience preferred, but not required).\nA genuine interest in contributing to company growth and success.\nA positive, can-do attitude that fosters a collaborative and productive work environment.\nOpen to flexible, full-time availability with the ability to travel between designated markets.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nThe total annual compensation for this position includes a base salary and bonuses.
