You will own everything from first deployment \n\n100K+ RPS scale, balancing speed, reliability, cost, and security.\n\nThis is a hands-on, high-ownership role - you will define the infrastructure, not just maintain it.\n\nBuild Infrastructure from Zero : \n\n- Architect and deploy systems on Amazon Web Services / Google Cloud Platform\n\n- Set up networking, compute, storage, IAM, and environments (dev/staging/prod)\n\nOwn CI/CD & Developer Experience : \n\n- Build fast, reliable pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar\n\n- Enable multiple deployments per day with zero downtime\n\nContainerization & Runtime : \n\n- Containerize services using Docker\n\n- Decide when to introduce Kubernetes (and when not to)\n\nInfrastructure as Code : \n\n- Define reproducible infra using Terraform\n\nScale Systems (10K - 100K RPS) : \n\n- Design for high throughput and low latency (<50ms)\n\n- Introduce caching, async processing, and autoscaling\n\n- Optimize system bottlenecks (DB, network, compute)\n\nSecurity & Compliance : \n\n- Implement authentication, authorization, and secrets management\n\n- Build systems aligned with banking-grade principles (encryption, audit logs, least privilege)\n\nMust-Have : \n\nStrong fundamentals in : \n\n- Linux, networking, HTTP\n\n- Distributed systems basics (e.g. CAP theorem)\n\n- Experience with at least one cloud platform\n\n- Hands-on with CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure automation\n\n- Ability to design systems, not just use tools\n\nHigh-Impact Traits : \n\n- You optimize for simplicity first, then scale\n\n- You understand tradeoffs (latency vs consistency vs cost)\n\n- You can debug real production failures\n\n- You take full ownership of uptime and performance\n\nNice to Have : \n\nExperience with : \n\n- Distributed databases (e.g. Apache Cassandra, MongoDB)\n\n- High-scale systems (10K+ RPS)\n\n- Fintech / payments / security-sensitive systems\n\n- Ship infrastructure that enables fast product iteration\n\n- Scale from 0 ?
