We live by P.I.E.—Passion, Integrity, and Execution—and look for people who do the same.\n\nThe Role\nWe're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work at the intersection of customer problems and technical solutions. You'll work directly with enterprise customers during implementations and integrations, understand their operational pain points, and translate those into technical requirements. You will work in the engineering team to develop product solutions tailor-fit to their business operations. These include driving technical decisions to improve our customizable workflow engine and how our platform integrates with property management systems, CRMs, and other third-party APIs.\n\nYou report into our engineering organization while working closely with Product and Customer Success teams. This is a remote role, preferably based in Vancouver or Toronto.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn technical delivery for enterprise customer implementations, from scoping through go-live and beyond\nGather customer requirements by discussing them on customer calls, asking the right questions to understand their workflows, and doing technical product demos\nTranslate customer requirements into technical specs and drive them through implementation\nHandle data migrations and complex technical configurations for new customer onboarding\nSolve customer issues by navigating across the codebase and database to diagnose issues and ship robust solutions\nPartner with product and engineering to feed customer insights back into our platform roadmap\nWhat You Bring\nCustomer-facing presence. You are comfortable discussing on a call with a customer's operations or IT team, understand their workflow, and translate that into a technical solution. You communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.\nFull-stack engineering experience. You're comfortable working across frontend (Angular/TypeScript) and backend (Node.js, Express, NestJS) codebases. You don't need to be an expert in everything, but you can find your way around and ship working code and scripts.\nEffective problem-solving. You can orient yourself quickly with unfamiliar issues, trace through complex flows, and make targeted changes without breaking things.\nOwnership mentality. You take problems from definition through delivery. When something isn't working for a customer, you figure out why and fix it.\nIndustry curiosity. You're interested in understanding how property management operations actually work—the workflows, the pain points, the systems. You don't need multifamily experience, but you're eager to learn it.\nNice to Have\nExperience with MongoDB and data modeling\nExperience developing and maintaining integrations with external systems\nBackground in B2B SaaS or enterprise software implementations\nFamiliarity with property management systems or PropTech\nWhat's In It For You\n\nReal impact.
