effectively utilize company resources\nAlign with Human Resources on company policies, procedures and development planning for store team\nWho you are: \nExceptional customer service/clienteling skills\nMinimum of 5 years' experience in leading a top volume door with staff exceeding 50 employees and/or multi-unit door experience\nStrong leadership skills, able to coach/motivate
