Available schedules will be offered to candidates based on business needs and staffing availability.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nPerform receiving, stocking, selection, pallet consolidation, unloading and loading as scheduled assigned including finish product coming from production.\nPerform selection utilizing pick tickets, building pallets of product, wrapping them from top to bottom and staging them in the proper shipping lanes.\nOperate any equipment training and certified to use in a safe and efficient manner. Equipment may include box cutters, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, or other heavy machinery \nExperience with storage bays, racking systems, following inventory control, and FIFO procedures.\nPerform accurate data entries in NetSuite WMS System \nMaintain warehouse in good condition \nComply with all applicable health and safety codes. \nAbility to understand and follow verbal and written instructions related to safety, equipment operation, and daily work assignments.\nRegular and reliable attendance.\nOther duties not listed here may be assigned by the supervisor/manager. \nJob Qualifications\nRequire 2+ years in warehouse environment.\nRequire 2+ years forklift operating experience. \nEducation\nMinimum of a High School diploma. \nOther Skills & Abilities\nExcellent communication skills and a professional attitude in dealing with staff, coworkers, and supervision as well as directly with buyers/customers. \nComfortable with Microsoft product i.e.: Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook \nSelf-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines. \nAbility to adapt well to change direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. \nStrong organizational skills. \nFamiliar with the process of moving goods packed on pallets or in bins amongst the facilities. \nAbility to work collaboratively with others as a team mentality. \nMust be agile and quick to respond to changes and the needs of team members and/or the organization. \nAbility to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate. \nStrong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. \nStrong interpersonal and leadership skills.\nSelf-motivated, personable, strong attention to detail and follow-up.\nAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.\nEthical and compassionate. \nLanguage Skills\nAbility to communicate, read, listen, and understand English.\nBilingual is a plus.\nWorking Conditions\nThis role operates in a food manufacturing environment.\nFrequent standing, walking, and exposure to cold or wet areas are expected. \nMust be able to work independently. \nMust have a production/sense of urgency mindset. \nPunctuality and consistency in job duties and standard procedures. \nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple facilities, material handling equipment, GMP’s, and a freezer/cold environment of down to -10F degrees. \nPhysical Demands\nComfortable working in a refrigerated freezer/cold environment down to -10F degrees. \nMust be able to stand, sit, bend and be able to lift 50lbs, push/pull up to 100lbs/continuous motion. \nAbility to perform repetitive motions, including lifting, grasping, and handling materials or equipment. \nMust have sufficient hand-eye coordination and dexterity to operate warehouse tools, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely. \nCapable of safely operating manual and electric pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery. \nAbility to tolerate constant movement, exposure to varying temperatures, loud environments, and occasional vibration. \nCompensation and Benefits\nCome thrive at Suja Life!
