Acting as a trusted business partner to the local leadership team, you will provide financial insights, performance analysis, and decision support that help drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth.Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance colleagues, you will translate financial data into actionable recommendations and contribute to the ongoing development of the site's performance and profitability.\nIn this role, you will:\nPartner with site management to support operational and strategic decision-making through meaningful financial analysis and business insights.\nMonitor and analyze manufacturing costs, productivity, inventory levels, and key operational performance indicators.\nSupport monthly closing activities, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes for the Mölndal site.\nPrepare regular management reports and performance dashboards, highlighting risks, opportunities, and improvement actions.\nAnalyze factory spending and working capital performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.\nSupport cost accounting processes, including product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost reporting.\nCollaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to understand business drivers and support performance improvement initiatives.\nParticipate in investment evaluations, continuous improvement projects, and business cases for operational initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.\nContribute to the development and improvement of reporting tools, financial processes, and ERP systems.\nTo succeed in this role, you will need:\nExperience & Education\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.\nSeveral years of experience in Controlling, Finance, Financial Analysis, or Business Partnering roles.\nExperience within a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or production environment.\nPrevious experience supporting operational stakeholders and translating financial data into business recommendations.\nFluent English and Swedish, both written and spoken. \nSkills & Competencies\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify key business drivers.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across different functions.\nCommercial awareness and a good understanding of operational and financial performance.\nProactive, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.\nCollaborative and hands-on approach, with a genuine interest in supporting operational success.\nTechnical Competencies\nExperience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.\nAdvanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.\nExperience with reporting and business intelligence tools is an advantage.\nGood understanding of management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cost controlling processes.\nKnowledge of Qlik and Targetik would be an advantage, but is not a mandatory requirement.\nWhat we offer you\nOpportunity to shape and standardize solution design practices across a global organization.\nA strategic leadership role with significant impact on technology development and business growth.\nInternational exposure and collaboration with engineering, R&D, commercial, and operations teams worldwide.\nProfessional development opportunities within a global engineering leader.\nA collaborative and innovative environment focused on sustainable water solutions.\nCompetitive compensation and benefits package.\nWellness Allowance 3000kr/year (E-passi)\nCollea - Free pension and insurance advice\nFree coffee and fruit\nOccupational health services with regular health check-ups\nSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
