This role supervises professional-level staff and ensures adherence to quality standards and production or service schedules.\nThis job profile is intended for People Managers of 4+ professional-level roles.\nJob Description:\nPre-commissioning and commissioning of installed, repaired or overhauled rotating equipment.\nIf required supervise and assist with the DIRA of rotating equipment and associated auxiliary equipment according to technical drawings and specifications.\nSystematic trouble shooting, root cause analysis and rectification on mechanical, electrical and instrumentation component and systems with consideration on quality, time and cost.\nLead for start up and testing of new installations/erections or overhauled units of rotating equipment including mechanical part, electrical part, instruments and control system\nMonitor field sequence activities based on agreed scope and schedule and report regularly to office.\nEnsure that all findings and work is clearly reported in writing.\nWork assignment could be at shop or field service depends on customer projects request\nCommunicate with customer or third party on site as RES representative\nEnsures that all works and activities are done in line with the ISO procedures, as well as the HSE and company regulations.\nPreventing accident, conduct walk thru and observation.\nCampaign using Stop Work Authority to their subordinate when any unsafe Act and condition then record by using observation card.\nReview HIRADC effectiveness. Ensure working area safe for everyone.\nCoordinate with Project OPC, Sales, Engineering and workshop\nRequirements:\nDiploma’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering\nPreferably with minimum 5 years experience working on repairing rotating equipment\nHave experience in the OEM will be an advantage\nHave knowledge on repair or overhaul turbine generators\nFluent in English\nTeam player\nWell organized and structured\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nPro-active and self-motivated minset\nMulti-tasking\nMust have experience in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating equipment\nWillingness to travel and work on project sites.\nWhat we offer you\nCareer Opportunities\nSaving Plan\nMedical Benefit\nSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
