Required to manage projects / processes independently with limited supervision. Typically coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals.\nJob Responsibilities\nSupport the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term plans.\n\nPerform variance analysis between actual and budgeted/forecasted results, identifying causes and their implications.\n\nCollaborate in the preparation of periodic financial reports for local and corporate management.\n\nAssist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support various business initiatives.\n\nParticipate in process improvement projects within the finance department.\n\nCollect and analyze financial data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.\n\nMaintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data used in analyses.\n\nSupport the preparation of financial presentations for different audiences.\n\nJob Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\n\n2-4 years of previous experience in a similar FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting role.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling).\n\nKnowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.\n\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.\n\nAttention to detail and high level of precision in work.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.\n\nExcellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish; intermediate English is desirable.\n\nProactivity and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.\n\nWhat we offer you\nBenefits Over law\n\nSaving found\n\nTraining\n\nChristmas bonus over low\n\nDevelopment plan\n\nSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
