This role operates with autonomy and supports continuous improvement in customer service and order fulfillment processes.\nThis job profile is intended for support-level staff that generally works autonomously and only requires closer supervision in non-routine situations.\nRésumé du Poste\nEn tant que Gestionnaire de Commandes, vous serez responsable du traitement efficace et précis des commandes clients de A à Z, garantissant la satisfaction client et le respect des délais.\nResponsabilités\n* Saisir et vérifier les commandes clients dans le système ERP (SAP).\n* Assurer le suivi des commandes, de la réception à la livraison, en coordination avec les équipes de production, logistique et commerciale.\n* Gérer les demandes de modification de commande et les annulations.\n* Communiquer proactivement avec les clients concernant le statut de leurs commandes et résoudre les éventuels problèmes ou retards.\n* Traiter les réclamations clients liées aux commandes et trouver des solutions.\n* Mettre à jour les bases de données clients et les informations relatives aux commandes.\n* Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de gestion des commandes.\n* Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes commerciales pour le bon déroulement des affaires.\nQualifications\n* Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire de gestion de commandes ou d'administration des ventes.\n* Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment un ERP (SAP est un plus).\n* Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français.
