About the role

Assist the HR team with end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, maintaining recruitment records, job posting administration, and supporting onboarding processes to ensure an efficient hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview arrangements and application status.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support the recruitment team in posting job advertisements and monitoring applications.
• Prepare recruitment-related documents, reports, and interview materials.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with pre-employment documentation.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment and onboarding activities.
