Instead, you'll focus on leading HR and people-focused projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring initiatives are successfully implemented and deliver measurable business impact\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nLeading and coordinating multiple HR projects across the business\nDriving people development and organisational effectiveness initiatives\nManaging project plans, timelines, communications and stakeholder engagement\nSupporting programmes that enhance employee engagement, culture and capability\nWorking closely with managers, HR teams and business leaders across the organisation\nBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders and influencing outcomes\nMonitoring progress, identifying risks and ensuring projects are delivered successfully\nSupporting organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives\nUsing data and insights to make recommendations and drive improvements\nWhat We Are Looking For\nWe're interested in speaking with candidates who have:\nA broad HR background\nMust have experience working in an Industrial, manufacturing or engineering background\nExperience leading or coordinating HR projects and programmes\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously\nExperience supporting people development, engagement or organisational development initiatives\nExcellent communication and organisational skills\nA proactive and self-sufficient approach to project delivery\nExperience working within engineering, manufacturing, industrial or other technical environments would be advantageous\nWhy Join Us?\nThis role offers the opportunity to work on visible, business-critical programmes that directly impact employee development, engagement and organisational success.
