Follows department policy and procedures manual.Job Responsibilities:\nAssembling all types of pump equipment to customers, OEM and industry standard specifications\nDisassembling equipment to gain access remove, clean and inspect components\nInspecting & recording component measurements using instruments, tools and gages and providing inspection report\nInvestigating and determining root cause failure\nDetermining proper materials for repairs as per BOM\nContouring impellers and pump casings to meet hydraulic requirements\nSetting and operating dynamic balancing equipment\nPerforming final testing and inspections\nQualifications:\nMinimum five (5) years of pump repair experience\nAnalytical and interpersonal skills\nAttention to detail\nExtensive knowledge of and ability to use hand tools, precision measuring and testing equipment and machine shop equipment\nPump repair experience preferred\nAbility to work with limited supervision\nAbility to travel to and work at customer sites\nAbility to work overtime\nWhat we offer you\n15 days of paid time off and 12 company-paid holidays\n401k plan with a 6% match\nComprehensive health plan including medical, dental, vision, Life, short-term & long-term disability\nHealth savings account matching\nMotivating wellness program\nEmployee Assistance Program\nPaid parental leave\nGym reimbursement\nSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
