This role works closely with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to align production plans with demand forecasts and resource availability.\nThis job profile is intended for experienced professionals who apply practical knowledge of a job area and work independently with general supervision.\nKey Responsivities:\nDevelop and maintain master production schedules based on sales targets, customer orders, and forecast demand.\n\nAnalyze manufacturing capacity, workload, and resource utilization(labor, equipment) to identify constraints and bottlenecks.\n\nCollaborate with production, engineering and procurement teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and implement corrective actions.\n\nMonitor master schedule progress and adjust plans proactively to achieve sales target.\n\nMaintain accurate planning data, documentation, and generate regular performance reports(e.g., schedule adherence, capacity utilization).\n\nContinuously improve scheduling processes to increase efficiency, reduce lead times, and support lean manufacturing initiatives.\n\nSkills & Qualifications:\nTypically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least of 3-4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role.\nStrong analytical and organizational skills. Experience with ERP/MRP systems. Knowledge of master planning and scheduling. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
