Network Administration & Operations:\nDesign, configure, maintain, and upgrade network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers).\n\nImplement network segmentation, VLANs, and routing protocols for optimal performance.\n\nMonitor network health, set up alerts, and proactively troubleshoot latency or connectivity issues.\n\nEnsure high availability and redundancy through proper failover and disaster recovery strategies.\n\nMaintain accurate network diagrams and documentation for compliance and operational efficiency.\n\n2. Vulnerability Management:\nIdentify and assess network-related security vulnerabilities using industry-standard tools.\n\nPrioritize remediation efforts, apply patches, and validate fixes to maintain compliance with security policies.\n\nCollaborate with security teams to enforce network hardening and access control measures.\n\n3. Support:\nProvide Level 2/3 support for complex network issues and escalations.\n\nTake ownership of critical incidents, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis. Maintain detailed troubleshooting guides and knowledge base for network operations.\n\n4. Project & Continuous Improvement:\nLead or contribute to network infrastructure projects, including upgrades and new deployments.\n\nPerform testing and validation for new network implementations to ensure stability and compliance.\n\nDrive automation and optimization initiatives to improve network efficiency and reduce downtime.\n\nYou need to succeed:\n3-5 years of experience managing Global Network Services, including LAN/WAN/WiFi environments.
