The role supports Operations leadership with actionable financial insights, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring financial discipline and business performance optimization.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as the finance business partner to Operations leadership.\nProvide monthly reporting, variance analysis, and business performance commentary.\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning processes.\nMonitor operational KPIs and translate operational results into financial impact.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives and financial governance processes.\nAnalyze manufacturing costs and operating expenses and identify improvement opportunities.\nMonitor cost center performance and support productivity initiatives.\nMaintain product costing structures and support standard cost updates.\nAnalyze material, labor, and overhead variances and recommend corrective actions.\nSupport pricing, profitability, and margin analysis.\nOversee inventory valuation, accuracy, and inventory-related KPIs.\nSupport cycle count, physical inventory, reserve analysis, and working capital initiatives.\nDevelop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and financial controls.\nMonitor CAPEX spending against approved budgets and provide variance analysis and reporting\nEnsure sustainability and financial accuracy of reported savings initiatives.\nAnalyze open order intake, backlog, and shipment performance to support forecast accuracy and period-end reporting.\nMonitor inventory, receivables, and operational working capital performance.
