You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget while driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.\nWhat We need from you\nWe are seeking a seasoned operational leader who can make an immediate impact. The successful candidate will bring credibility, leadership experience and a proven ability to manage teams, workshops and service operations while delivering strong business results in a demanding industrial environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and promote a strong culture of safety, quality and operational excellence across all activities.\nManage workshop and field service operations to ensure the successful delivery of customer projects.\nOversee planning, scheduling and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and utilization.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and profitability.\nManage operational budgets, cost control and financial performance.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, customer requirements and local safety and quality standards.\nCollaborate closely with commercial, engineering and service teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.\nDevelop, mentor and lead a high-performing team while fostering engagement and accountability.\nManage multiple workshops and service activities across the business unit.\nIdentify and implement operational improvements that support business growth and long-term success.\n\nSkills & Qualifications\nSignificant experience in an Operations Manager, Service Manager, Workshop Manager or similar leadership role within an industrial service environment.\nProven experience managing operations, service delivery, workshops or aftermarket activities.\nStrong knowledge of rotating equipment, pump services, compressors, turbines or related industries is highly preferred.\nDemonstrated experience managing budgets, resources and operational performance.\nStrong leadership skills with experience leading and developing multicultural teams.\nSound understanding of health, safety, quality and operational best practices.\nExcellent problem-solving, organizational and decision-making abilities.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience working in the Middle East region will be an advantage.\nWhat we offer you\nAs per local guidelines\nSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
