Our Leeds Service Centre is one of the UK's key operational hubs, providing the repair, refurbishment, maintenance and performance enhancement of pumps, motors and other rotating equipment for customers across the power generation, water, oil & gas, chemical and industrial sectors. The centre supports both workshop-based and field service activities, helping customers maximise reliability, reduce downtime and improve asset performance.As our Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex service and overhaul projects, ensuring customer commitments are met safely, on time and within budget.\nThe Role\nManaging project delivery from initiation to close-out.\n\nActing as the main customer contact for key accounts\n\nCoordinating internal teams across engineering, operations, procurement and field service.\n\nMonitoring project schedules, budgets, risks and resource requirements.\n\nEnsuring projects are delivered safely, profitably and in line with customer expectations.\n\nProviding regular progress updates to customers and internal stakeholders.\n\nIdentifying and managing commercial opportunities and project variations.\n\nSupporting outage planning and execution for critical customer sites.\n\nBuilding strong relationships that secure repeat business and long-term partnerships.\n\nAbout You\nProven Project Management experience within engineering, manufacturing, maintenance or industrial services.\n\nExperience managing customer-facing projects with commercial accountability.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nExcellent planning and organisational abilities.\n\nA proactive approach to problem solving and risk management.\n\nKnowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, motors or related industrial systems would be advantageous.\n\nA recognised Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is desirable.\n\nWhat we offer you\nWe’ve recently invested significantly in modernising our Leeds facility - creating a brighter, more efficient, and more advanced workspace designed to support high-quality work and a great employee experience.
