Our network of nine UK Service Centres provides expert maintenance, repair, overhaul and upgrade services for rotating equipment, helping customers maximise reliability, efficiency and operational performance. From pumps and motors to turbines and compressors, our teams keep essential industrial assets running safely and effectively.Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised Purchasing Administrator to support our team of Category Buyers who manage procurement activities across our UK Service Centre network.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide administrative support to a team of Category Buyers.\nCreate and maintain purchase orders within SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365\nMonitor order acknowledgements and delivery schedules.\nUpdate procurement records and supplier information accurately.\nAssist with supplier communications and follow up on outstanding orders.\nSupport reporting and analysis of purchasing data.\nLiaise with stakeholders across the UK Service Centre network.\nEnsure procurement documentation is maintained in line with company policies and procedures.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the purchasing function.\nWhat We're Looking For\nPrevious experience in a purchasing, procurement, supply chain or administration role.\nExperience using SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).\nStrong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.\nConfident working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nStrong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.\nComfortable working independently in a home-based environment.\nWhat we offer you\nHome-based working arrangement with flexibility to work remotely; however, ideally you will be located within reasonable travelling distance of one of our UK Service Centres to support collaborative working, strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, and enable occasional attendance at planned team and site meetings.
