The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a builder mindset, constantly seeking smarter, faster, and more effective ways of working through technology and innovation.\nIn this highly visible role, you will partner with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain, helping teams unlock the full value of data while promoting a culture of data-driven decision making.\nWhat you will do:\nGather and translate business requirements into clear, decision-enabling dashboards and analyses.\n\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain business intelligence dashboards, ensuring consistency, usability, and high-quality user experiences.\n\nManage analytics and dashboard development projects from scope definition through delivery and continuous improvement.\n\nBuild a strong understanding of data sources, structures, and flows across CRM, ERP, and cloud platforms.\n\nEnsure dashboards are intuitive, actionable, and accessible to business users with minimal training.\n\nMaintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and related processes.\n\nParticipate in ERP, CRM, and BI governance activities and serve as a regional point of reference for business users.\n\nIdentify data quality issues and collaborate with stakeholders to implement sustainable improvement solutions.\n\nAnalyze trends across regions, product lines, and business areas to uncover actionable insights and opportunities.\n\nSupport stakeholders with ad hoc analyses and deep-dive investigations to address complex business questions.\n\nPartner with regional and sub-regional management teams to understand business priorities and enable informed decision-making.\n\nGuide and support regional users in adopting and effectively utilizing BI tools and dashboards.\n\nDesign and deliver training sessions that increase data literacy and user adoption.\n\nSupport leadership teams with compelling, data-driven narratives and recommendations.\n\nIdentify opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve existing reporting and analytics processes through emerging technologies and tools.\n\nWhat you need to succeed:\nRequired:\n3 to 6 years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or related role.\n\nProven experience developing dashboards that support real business decision-making.\n\nAdvanced Excel and Power Pivot skills, including complex data models, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.\n\nHands-on experience with a major BI platform such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.\n\nStrong understanding of data structures, data modelling, and working with multiple data sources.\n\nExperience partnering with business functions such as Sales, Operations, Finance, or Supply Chain.\n\nExperience collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical or IT teams.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.\n\nExcellent written and spoken English.\n\nPreferred:\nExperience in an industrial, manufacturing, B2B environment, or consultancy.\n\nExposure to CRM systems such as Salesforce.\n\nExperience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud data platforms and data warehouses such as Snowflake.\n\nSpanish language skills.\n\nPortuguese language skills.\n\nExperience identifying and implementing technology-driven process improvements and automations.\n\nProject management experience or a strong project management mindset.\n\nExperience working across multiple countries, cultures, and business environments.\n\nWhat we offer you\nA permanent contract.\n\nA competitive salary as well as participation in the variable remuneration system based on personal and financial objectives.\n\nMeal vouchers.\n\nAccess to a voluntary flexible compensation scheme allowing employees to optimize their salary package, such as health insurance, transport, or childcare.\n\nBe part of an experienced and international team.\n\nA good vibe working environment.\n\nThe opportunity to grow your career within a solid and well-established international company.\n\nBe part of a dynamic organization undergoing continuous transformation and improvement.\n\nThe freedom to innovate, experiment, and help shape smarter ways of working.\n\nOffice location: Nuevos Ministerios, Madrid, Spain.\n\nAdditional benefits may apply depending on the position and location.\n\nSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
