This individual will work closely with technical architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce development, advanced Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems.General Tasks:\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, including custom Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).\nIntegrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and other integration tools.\nDevelop and customize Salesforce applications using Salesforce declarative features such as Validations, Formulas, Flow, and Salesforce Lightning\nWork with Technical Architects and Business Analysts to gather requirements, design solutions, and participate in the technical design and architecture process.\nDiagnose and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks on time\nCoordinate and support the release management process, including version control, deployment, and documentation of new features and functionality.\nKeep up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.\nCreate detailed technical documentation, including solution architecture, code, configurations, and user guides.\nDebugging and optimizing implementations\nTechnical:\nExtensive experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and other Salesforce technologies.\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II and Salesforce Certified Application Architect,\nExperience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), Integration tools (Talend, Data Loader, etc.), and AppExchange solutions\nFamiliarity with source control tools such as Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes\nExperience working in Agile environments\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work in a collaborative team environment, share knowledge, and contribute to the growth of the team\nExperience in integration with SAP / MS Dynamics CRM will be an advantage.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders\nWhat we offer you\nBenefits Over law\nSaving found\nTraining\nChristmas bonus over low\nDevelopment plan\nSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
