This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering, sales, and project execution, contributing directly to the success of customer solutions within the water treatment sector.As part of an international environment, you will collaborate closely with technical, commercial, and operational teams while maintaining regular interaction with colleagues at our headquarters in Sweden. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, managing multiple priorities, and delivering value to customers.\nWhat you will do:\nPrepare and deliver technical presentations and sales briefings for customers and internal stakeholders.\nAnalyze customer specifications and identify the technical requirements needed for successful project execution.\nEvaluate technical solutions and support the preparation of accurate and competitive proposals.\nProvide technical guidance during project implementation and assist with troubleshooting activities when required.\nCollaborate closely with engineering, sales, and commercial teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.\nSupport customer discussions by providing technical expertise and commercial insight.\nManage multiple opportunities and priorities while maintaining high quality standards and deadlines.\nContribute to the successful delivery of solutions within the water treatment industry.\nWhat you need to succeed:\nRequired:\n\nUniversity degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.\nMinimum 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.\nExperience within the water treatment sector.\nStrong technical and commercial acumen.\nExperience in tendering, proposal management, technical sales, or related activities.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, proposals, and priorities simultaneously.\nFluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment and collaborate with colleagues at our headquarters in Sweden.\nPreferred:\n\nExperience working in cross-functional and international teams.\nExperience supporting complex customer solutions from proposal through implementation.\nKnowledge of industrial or municipal water treatment applications.\nWhat we offer you\nA permanent contract.\nA competitive salary as well as participation in the variable remuneration system based on personal and financial objectives.\nMeal vouchers.\nAccess to a voluntary flexible compensation scheme allowing employees to optimize their salary package, such as health insurance, transport, or childcare.\nBe part of an experienced and international team.\nA good vibe working environment.\nThe opportunity to grow your career within a solid and well-established international company.\nBe part of a dynamic organization undergoing continuous transformation and improvement.\nOffice location: Barcelona.\nAdditional benefits may apply depending on the position and location.\nSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
