This role ensures accurate tax filings and contributes to the organization’s tax strategy.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage all tax compliance and reporting activities in accordance with local regulations and corporate policies.\nMonitor tax legislation changes and assess their impact on the business.\nProvide tax advisory support to finance and business stakeholders.\nIdentify and mitigate tax risks through effective controls and governance.\nCoordinate with tax authorities, external auditors, and tax advisors.\nSupport transfer pricing, cross-border transactions, and international tax matters.\nDrive tax process improvements and digitalization initiatives.\nLead and develop the tax team to ensure high-quality service delivery.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree or above in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nMinimum 8 years of relevant tax experience, preferably in a multinational environment.\nStrong knowledge of Chinese tax regulations and tax compliance requirements.\nProven analytical skills with the ability to assess and manage tax risks.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\nWhat we offer you\nWhat we offer you\n11 days' public holidays and maximum 15 days' annual leave. \nSupplementary Commercial Insurance. \nAnnual Physical Examination.\nFestival & Birthday Gifts.\nLong service awards.\nShuttle Bus.\nSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
