transformation, including process alignment, change management, go-live readiness, and post-go-live support.\n\nInterns / Associates / Executive -\n\nERP Implementation & Business Process\n\nSupport business process design, standardization, and alignment with Odoo ERP capabilities and business requirements.\n\nCoordinate with process owners and stakeholders on process gaps, system requirements, improvements, and change impacts.\n\nSupport SIT, VAT, data migration, master data validation, training, and go-live readiness.\n\nDrive change management, user adoption, communication, and training coordination.\n\nCoordinate implementation issues, action plans, risks, and dependencies with business and\n\nERP teams.\nSupport go-live, hypercare, post-go-live stabilization, user support, and system/process enhancements.\n\nMaintain relevant project, process, master data, and management documentation.\n\nTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS\n\nDegree in Business, IT, Management, Project Management, or related field.\n\nExperience in Odoo/ERP implementation, business process improvement, or Master Data\nManagement is preferred.\n\nStrong analytical, communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nGood understanding of ERP processes, change management, and process standardization.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and
